Jasim Al Haddad
Jasim Ali Alhaddad, a member of the renowned Alhaddad family and Chairman of “Jasim Alhaddad Advocates & Legal Consultants,” is an Advocate & Legal Consultant with an impressive business background. Starting as a businessman, he accumulated practical knowledge and expertise that fueled his success in business formation and restructuring.
Equipped with a Law Degree from the Dubai Police Academy and significant experience in UAE courts, Jasim founded his firm in 2017. Under his leadership, the firm quickly rose to prominence as one of the country’s fastest-growing law offices, with branches in Dubai and Sharjah. Meet Our Maestro
Nasir Salman
Nasir is a member of the International Bar Association, the Arab Lawyer Association, and the Sudanese Lawyer Association. With nearly three decades of experience in Management and the Legal Profession across various industries, he is currently the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for NJA Jasim Al Haddad Advocates and Legal Consultants. In this role, he successfully and strategically coordinates all firm activities and overseas operations, including technology and compliance.
Nasir’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, business formation and restructuring, fraud, breach of trust crimes, anti-money laundering crimes and compliance, and employment law. He is also a certified arbitrator, offering consultancy on arbitration subjects, contract negotiation, and successful business restructuring.
He frequently provides pro bono services to society, contributes to his peers’ success, and consistently seeks new knowledge. Fluent in Arabic, English, and German, Nasir’s language skills enable him to contribute to diverse clients’ growth and success.

TAJ AWAD
Taj is a seasoned Sudanese legal professional with a Master’s in Law and Sharia (L.L.M.) from Omdurman Islamic University. His illustrious career spans over three decades, starting as a judge in the Sudanese Judiciary, where he presided over civil, commercial, and family affairs cases.
Moving to the UAE, Taj served as a Senior Criminal Investigator with Abu Dhabi Police General Authority, followed by a stint as a Legal Advisor for Deyaar Properties Development PJSC. His extensive experience includes roles as VP, Senior Legal Counsel, and Head of the Litigation Unit at Dubai Islamic Bank from 2004 to 2021, and lastly, as Senior Legal Counsel at Emirates Advocates and Consultants.
Taj joins NJA with specialties in corporate, commercial, contracting, and banking legal sectors, Taj’s strengths lie in litigation, drafting contracts, issuing legal opinions, and coordinating with law firms on various legal issues. He is also skilled in facilitating matters related to Board of Directors meetings and corporate governance requirements. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, Taj’s multi-faceted legal experience is complemented by a solid foundation in business development and a deep understanding of Islamic financial products. His legal acumen is respected and sought-after in both the UAE and Sudan, positioning him as a prominent figure in the legal field.

HUSSAIN AL FARSI
Hussain’s extensive career reflects a blend of military discipline and corporate leadership. Starting in the UAE Armed Forces (Navy), he managed Gyros and navigation systems before transitioning into finance with Jumeirah Group.
His 15-year tenure at Dubai Sports City culminated in his role as General Manager, after holding positions in logistics and security. Hussain’s expertise encompasses facility management, risk assessment, security operations, and contingency planning.
Educated at the Dubai Police Academy and Summa College, he holds numerous certifications in Real Estate, Security Management, and Occupational Safety and health. Fluent in English and Arabic with conversational skills in Farsi and Urdu, Hussain’s ability to lead teams, coupled with his excellent communication and organizational skills, sets him apart as an adaptable and innovative professional. His diverse background and commitment to excellence continue to inspire those in both the military and corporate sectors.

MOHAMED SHOEIB, Ph.D.
Dr. Mohamed is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in law and legal research. Holding a PhD in Public International Law, with a focus on human rights, he graduated from Mansoura University and has since specialized in areas such as International Commercial Arbitration and Economic Courts.
His career includes being a Legal Consultant for Jassim Al-Haddad Law Firm and working in various roles within the Egyptian legal and governmental sectors. With impressive research contributions on subjects like the impact of the Corona pandemic on employment contracts and illegal immigration, Dr. Mohamed is also a lecturer and participant in many scientific conferences. He’s an International Arbitrator at the Egyptian Chamber for International Commercial Arbitration and possesses a broad range of professional diplomas in areas like Strategic Planning Skills and Human Development.

ROSHEEN NGORIMA
Rosheen Ngorima is a seasoned accountant with a career spanning more than a decade across South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
Most of her professional journey has been dedicated to serving as a Finance Director within legal firms in the UAE. She has played a pivotal role in guiding numerous companies through significant financial transitions, including the introduction of VAT in the UAE and the registration of corporate tax.
Her areas of specialization encompass management accounting, taxation, and internal audits. Additionally, she has made significant contributions to ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Moza Al Suwaidi
Maza is a law graduate from The American University in Emirates, where she earned her degree with Very Good grades.
Her career began with a two-year role at the Community Development Authority in Weleef Program in Dubai, where she contributed to nurturing and improving the quality of life for the elderly citizens of the Emirate.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, Moza has developed key skills in communication, team management, and the ability to work under pressure. She has also completed training with the Public Prosecution in Dubai.
Maza’s interests include reading, writing, poetry, traveling, socializing, and volunteering. With a blend of legal expertise, compassion, and dynamic flexibility, she aims to contribute her creativity and hard work towards the success and development of an organization.
