Introducing our Chairman & Founder
Jasim Al Haddad
A member of the well-known Alhaddad family, our Chairman, Jasim Ali Alhaddad Alraeesi, is an Advocate & Legal Consultant. Equipped with a Law Degree from the Dubai Police Academy and significant experience in UAE courts, Jasim founded the “Jasim Alhaddad Advocates & Legal Consultants” firm in 2017. His firm quickly became one of the country’s fastest-growing law offices, with branches in Dubai and Sharjah, serving corporate entities and private individuals.
Before establishing his practice, Jasim successfully ran businesses in various industrial and service sectors in the UAE. He brings a deep understanding of business structuring and restructuring to the firm. We offer innovative and practical solutions for business challenges and fostering business growth.
Meet Our Maestro
Nasir Salman
VP & Chief Executive Officer
Nasir is a member of the International Bar Association, the Arab Lawyer Association, and the Sudanese Lawyer Association. With nearly three decades of experience in Management and the Legal Profession across various industries, he is currently the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for NJA Jasim Al Haddad Advocates and Legal Consultants. In this role, he successfully and strategically coordinates all firm activities and oversees operations, including technology and compliance.
Nasir’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, business formation and restructuring, fraud, breach of trust crimes, anti-money laundering crimes and compliance, and employment law. He is also a certified arbitrator, offering consultancy on arbitration subjects, contract negotiation, and successful business restructuring.
