Clients need to know who stands behind the advice and the work. As Founder and Chairman, Jasim Al Haddad brings business experience and legal practice together in the leadership of NJA, with an understanding of the relationships and responsibilities a dispute can put at stake.
He founded the firm in 2017 after beginning his career in business, including company formation and restructuring. That grounding helps him consider a legal problem alongside the commercial decisions surrounding it: what needs protecting, what can be resolved and what the next step means for the client.
A law graduate of the Dubai Police Academy and a licensed advocate before the UAE’s local and federal courts, Jasim’s published areas of practice include commercial litigation, debt collection, judicial review and family disputes. His work serves both businesses and individuals.
The firm he established now serves clients from Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. His approach places personal accountability alongside the capabilities of a wider team, keeping the client’s circumstances central to the work. He speaks Arabic, English and Urdu.
