Nasir Salman is Co-Founder and Chief of Legal. Drawing on nearly three decades in law and management, he connects NJA’s legal work, operations and technology around the decisions clients need to make: understanding the position, weighing the alternatives and choosing a practical next step.
His professional background spans complex litigation, debt negotiation and recovery, fraud and breach-of-trust matters, employment law, business formation and restructuring, and anti-money laundering compliance. His experience also includes contract negotiation and arbitration.
Nasir is a sworn legal consultant with Dubai Legal Affairs and a certified arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Arab Lawyers Union and the Sudanese Advocates Union. He also provides pro bono assistance and supports the professional development of his peers.
